Not everyone can give money.
Coach, build, film, bring your team, send your kit. Here, or from home. All abilities welcome.

Volunteers with disabilities are welcome in both. Tell us what you need on the form.
Clubs, schools and academies
Bring your team to Zanzibar.
A week of shared training at the CHEZA Hub, friendlies against the girls' league teams, and Purposeful Play sessions run by our coaches. Your players get an experience they will talk about for years; our girls get opponents, friends and proof that the world is watching.
We help with accommodation, transport and a programme built around your squad. Coaches and players of all abilities welcome.
Kit and equipment
Your club's old kit has a second life here.
Jerseys, boots, balls, bibs, goalkeeper gloves. Clean, matched sets go straight to league teams; the rest to school hubs. From 2027 EU rules stop brands destroying unsold sportswear, and we are ready to take it.
Email us first so we can arrange shipping to Zanzibar. Brands and retailers: partnerships.
Tell us how you'd like to help
We reply within a week. Or email volunteer@weza.ngo.
On-site volunteers complete our safeguarding induction and a background check, and cover their own travel and insurance.
